White-throated Dipper (Cinclus cinclus)



Breeds on shallow, fast-flowing creeks and rivers in the forest and mountain area, often near rapids and like to stay on stones in water. Diving, swimming and running under water to look for insects and other aquatic animals. Builds a covered nest of moss and straws in the embankment,in walls and under bridges, sometimes behind waterfalls.
