Woodlark (Lullula arborea)

Inhabits open pine forests, and mixed or deciduous forest and heath. In the south state bird, northern birds migrate to southern Europe. Relatively shy bird, short-tailed, lives mainly on ground, but unlike other larks is often on tree or bush tips. The supraorbital stripes in Neck run together v-shaped, the pattern on the head is high in contrast.
